We help our clients avoid expensive and dirty fossil fuels with our solutions even for complex industrial applications with the help of innovative financial models like Heating as a Service (Haas).

JOB LOCATION:

Based in Chennai, Tamilnadu but will involve traveling across the country.

ABOUT THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Your job role will involve coordinating with our existing list of channel partners in order to make their experience better by rectifying their concerns and eventually help improve their sales prospecting process.
  • You will also be onboarding new channel partners, identified and shortlisted based on their technical competence, financial capability, previous track record, and their existing network.
  • You will be doing so with the help of market and competitor research and by traveling to relevant industry events where potential partners for us will gather.
  • You will also be conducting events to engage the existing partners and work with them individually on creating an incentive-based commission structure that works for them.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • We are looking for graduates with at least three years of previous work experience preferably in channel partner management.
  • Previous working knowledge in the HVAC-R industry is highly preferred.
  • You should be available for immediate joining or at least upon short notice..
