PROJECT MANAGER:

Qualifications and experience:

6 – 10 years of experience in mechanical thermal / process related industries
Engineering qualification

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Project planning and scheduling with clear ability to de-risk and complete projects on time within budgets
  2. Break into minute tasks and close large projects
  3. Coordinate with internal / external customers for right level of escalation and closure
  4. Ability to handle project finance and reconcile budgets
  5. Skill to generate / inspect P&ID and process diagrams
  6. Ability to understand BOM / MOC and generate system and component detailed specs.
  7. Understanding of automation and control
  8. Manage 3-6 projects at a time – process oriented enough for remote execution management

Qualitative aspects:

  1. Exposure / Willingness / ability to learn thermodynamics, structural and fluid flow engineering fields
    Logical mind
  2. Willing / able to delegate as well as get hands dirty
  3. Willing to travel
  4. People skills to manage vendors, internal and external team members
  5. Multiple solutions to single issues / troubleshooting – ability to have open mind to consult with multiple experts and decide
  6. Potential to Scale to become a Project Manager managing multiple project supervisors.

SENIOR SALES ENGINEERS:

Roles & Responsibilites:

  1. Generate leads, progress and nurture leads, close sales
  2. Ardent follow through with systematic tracking of follow-ups and nurture
  3. Ability to work with multiple levels of management of customer
  4. Ability to identify purchase process and push the right levers

Qualifications and experience:

  1. Preferably engineering qualification – but non-engineers with conceptual / logical bent of mind acceptable
  2. MBA a definite plus
  3. Good communication skills – Hindi (optional), English

Qualitative aspects:

  1. Understand all our solutions along with technical and commercial constraints / parameters.
  2. Ability to do preliminary pre-sales technical evaluation and do quick quotes with technical and commercial options
  3. Ability to fix level 1 bugs with customer
  4. Willing to travel extensively
  5. Capital goods sales of “push” type products experience a definite plus
  6. Existing rolodex of contacts a big plus
  7. Later may be lead a team of sales people
